We’re hiring Sales Executives who are energetic, self-driven, and passionate about building client relationships and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.

Skills

2+ years of proven experience in field sales or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Comfortable with travel and meeting sales targets
  • Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferred: MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through field visits
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support
