We are looking for an innovative Trainee UI/UX Designer with a sharp design and user experience eye. Familiarity with basic design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. Great learning and development opportunity!

Responsibilities

Help to design web site, mobile, and web application user interfaces
Help senior designers produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Carry out user research, feedback gathering, and implement insights to enhance designs
Assist in building design assets like icons, banners, and layouts
Work with developers to provide design feasibility and consistency
Adhere to brand guide and ensure design consistency among projects
Be involved in brainstorming and provide innovative ideas
Be current with UI/UX design best practices, tools, and trends
Become familiar with using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with guidance
Help with usability testing and refine designs in accordance with feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (completed or in progress)
Fundamental knowledge of UI/UX principles, color theory, and typography
Knowledge of design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop
Enthusiasm for user-centric design and problem-solving
Great visual design eye and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
A portfolio of academic or personal design projects (desired)
Willingness to learn and develop in a high-intensity design environment
